How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?

The required shipping time varies from 1 to 2 working days, one more day for the islands.

How can I register on the site?
It is not possible to register on the site without having placed an order:

What if there is no one home to accept the delivery?

Brand Gioielli will not be held responsible if the package should be returned to the warehouse due to non-collection by the customer. In that case, the return of the package will be charged to the customer.

If I don't receive the package on time, what should I do?
If it's been 10 business days and you still haven't received your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to specify your Name and Surname and the order number.
We will try our best to help you. In the rare cases in which the packages are lost, a second order will be sent back clearly at our expense or, if you wish, an immediate refund is provided.
How do i return an item?
Brand Gioielli accepts returns no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be returned at the buyer's expense to the address of origin of the goods

3 - You will be provided with a return address

5 - Normally it takes from 2 to 10 days to receive your return in the warehouse of origin of the goods.
In the event that the jewel is not compliant or defective the expenses will be borne by Brand Gioielli. We will reimburse the entire amount corresponding to the purchase, or replace the item in question, only and exclusively in the event of clear evidence that the goods received are non-compliant or defective. Brand Gioielli will ask the customer to send by email the photos of the jewel received highlighting its defect / non-conformity, to the address firstname.lastname@example.org

In any case, Brand Gioielli will evaluate case by case, and will decide from time to time whether to give the customer the opportunity to return the jewel at his expense to the address of origin of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by Brand Gioielli, and consent to the possibility of making a change of goods.
Both for the return and for the change of size, the jewel must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes the original packaging / case and label, must not have been worn, free of odors / perfumes or damaged in any way. The jewels must be adequately packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected, Brand Gioielli reserves the right not to accept any return. Both for returns and for size changes it takes about 2 days from the date of receipt of the order sent to our warehouse.
Is the box included in the purchase of the jewels?
At least one “Brand Jewels” box is guaranteed in every order, but not every jewel is paired with a box, for example if 5 items are purchased, 2 boxes can be combined… NOT 5 BOXES.
If it is a gift?
When ordering in the notes, you can specify that it is a gift, automatically the jewels will arrive without the price, you can also request:
