RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without penalty and without specifying a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying us (within the aforementioned period) by telephone to Customer Service on 0549 963403 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Or by writing to the e-mail address [email protected]
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract provided the product is returned intact. The right to withdraw may also be exercised for only part of the purchased products. The products must be returned in their original, intact, untampered packaging, with the label still attached, in the original packaging, and with the sender's information (Order Number, Name, Address, Telephone Number, Reason for Return) to: Jewit srl, Via dei Cerri 32 – Serravalle – 47899, Republic of San Marino. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage and/or tampering not resulting from transport.
The return of the product through the announced exercise of the Right of Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the purchased product. The direct cost of the return (COURIER COST) is always borne by the consumer.
Jewit S.r.l. shall, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from receipt of the goods at the warehouse, authorise the refund to the Customer of the amounts paid.
For the purposes of the return, the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our shop, is under the full responsibility of the Customer. The Company shall not be liable in any way in the event of damage, theft, or loss of goods returned by shipments not insured by the Customer for the purpose of returning the goods.
